New Generations - Rotary Youth Exchange

Logan reports things are great in Brasil!

His host family. They are at the beach which is what you are supposed to do in the Summer. (The seasons are switched in Brasil). Logan is sponsored by the Rotary Club of New Martinsville and hosted by the Rotary Club of Piracicaba.

Rotary Youth Exchange is about Clubs service to the community
Our District's Rotary Youth Exchange program is managed by a multi district organization called Ohio-Erie. It is a great way for us to share resources and create opportunities for students and families who live and go to school near our Clubs. Since we computerized our data in 2005. Sixteen of our  Clubs have hosted 42 students from 11 countries. Nine Clubs have sent 28 students to 11 countries. At least eight Clubs have helped in other ways by hosting events.
We need Clubs and hosts for two boys from Russia and Austria and two girls from Germany and Switzerland.

We now have three outbounds: Raven from Spencer is going to France, Lucie from Morgantown is going to Finland and Elizabeth from Parkersburg is going to Spain.

Learn about Rotary's programs for New Generations, and find out how your club can benefit from involving youth and young adults in Rotary.
