Minas Gerais, Brazil  4560  -- West Virginia, United States 7530

Community leaders learning about other countries.

Group Study Exchanges are a "One-of-a-kind" international experience available only through this unique Rotary program. In May 2012 a team of professionals from West Virginia - District 7530 will participate in a goodwill exchange with District 4560.

We are looking for young people 25-40, employed full time in a recognized business or profession, and live or work within the boundaries of District 7530 (Northern West Virginia). The team leader is a Rotarian but the team  members are not.

The purpose of the group is to promote international understanding and goodwill through person-to-person contact. They will stay in Rotarian's homes and have the opportunity to meet their professional counterparts. They will give presentations to Rotary clubs and other groups about their home country.

The Rotary Foundation provides a round-trip air ticket and local Rotarians in the host country provide meals, lodging and group travel in their district. (Teem members pay for personal and incidental expenses.)

Get your application in now for we will be conducting interviews for team leaders in mid Septemer. Team members will be interviewed the first week of October.
